After months of effort in a frantic confused mode, my attempt to perform science has been realized. Behold............DNA exists, and apparently, to some, can be "easily" isolated, replicated, and sequenced. This, my friends, is not true for all. But, as with many things, practicing can make a little better. So, I give to the world, MY first gel showing the existance of DNA in fungi from beetles. You'll notice the yellow bands. Thats's SYBR Green fluorescing (means that there's DNA).
